Draft Data: We store your draft picks, team selections, and league standings in our secure Firestore database.

Payment Data: All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers or sensitive financial data on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Draft Notifications: We use your email to send automated draft invites and 'On the Clock' notifications via the Resend API.
• Platform Integrity: We use your data to verify age eligibility and prevent multiple-account abuse.
• We Do Not Sell Data: We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party advertisers.

3. Data Security, Retention & Deletion

We utilize industry-standard encryption provided by Google Firebase to protect your data.

Third-Party Providers: To deliver our services, we share necessary data with the following trusted providers:

• Google Firebase: Authentication, Database, and Hosting.
• Stripe: Payment processing (we do not store billing info).
• Resend: Transactional emails and draft notifications.

Account Deletion: You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and associated data. To do so, please contact the Administrator at accountservices@playhoopsdraft.com.

We retain your league history so you can view your past performance in future seasons, unless deletion is requested.
